The new business building, which will rise in the heart of Pärnu’s traffic, has up to five floors. Representative, outlet and retail spaces are planned for the first floor. Offices and other commercial premises are planned for the upper floors. According to the plan, the building will have an underground floor for parking and storage rooms. A gym and a catering place are additionally planned for the business quarter as a whole.

After the completion of the new business house, approx. 450 job have been created in the Waldhof Business Quarter.
